Tommy Croslin, brother of Misty Croslin, told his grandmother who he believes to be behind the disappearance of Haleigh Cummings. He said that Joe Overstreet, his cousin, put her body in St. Johns River. This information came from a taped conversation with his grandmother while he was in jail on drug charges.

On April 13, 2010 Putnam County Police converged on the St. Johns River following a tip in the disappearance of Haleigh Cummings, but didn’t find anything. Misty Croslin was brought to the scene. It was never made clear why she was there or what she might have said about the claim that her cousin Joe placed her there. I was also claimed that Joe and Tommy have fed alligators at the boat dock in the past.

On April 15, 2010 in Nashville, Tenn. an emotional Joe Overstreet, a cousin of Misty Croslin, broke down, saying he does not know what happened to Haleigh Cummings.




Attorney Terry Shoemaker said Saturday that Ronald Cummings believes Haleigh was placed in the river. “I think he has a pretty good idea that’s what transpired.”
Putnam Co. Sheriff says Haleigh Cummings is likely dead and authorities are considering her disappearance a homicide.

Ronald Cummings says he was targeted by police so that they could question him about the disappearance of his daughter, Haleigh. He was caught on surveillance tape with his wife Misty Croslin buying hundreds of oxycotin pills from an undercover officer.

Both were charged and convicted with drug trafficking charges and are serving lengthy sentences in Florida today. Several other family members have also been convicted of various crimes. Almost everyone connected to this case has been convicted on several unrelated charges but still no sign of Haleigh Cummings.

I have lost faith the Haleigh will ever be found.

In an interview with 97.3 FM The Sky Radio, William “Cobra” Staubs claims to have been on the ground in Satsuma Florida since the early days of this case, following Haleigh’s presumed abduction February 10, 2009.

According to TJ Hart, the interviewers notes, these are the Highlights:

Ron and Misty initially were both onboard.
Misty got cold feet, but was urged at vigil for Haleigh by others there to do it. They were about to get the re-enactment underway when Misty balked again.

Misty said she didn’t remember things – didn’t want to do it at all and got angry Ron got angry at Misty – talked about it with Cobra at Memaw’s over some sweet tea.

Cobra told Ron about “Greg” – a young African American male with whom Misty was rumored to have been having sex Cobra said Ron confirmed that he knew all about “Greg” Cobra asked Ron why he married Misty anyway Ron replied that “she is the only tie he has to Haleigh and that he will keep her until Haleigh returns”

Cobra claims to have nearly coaxed Misty Croslin, the then girlfriend of Ron Cummings into doing a “re-enactment” of the evening Haleigh was abducted from the home. He states Ron was willing and encouraged Misty to participate and when she balked after saying she would, the couple argued and she stormed off. Cobra goes on to say that Ronald Cummings told him he knows all about the affair that Misty had been having with a man named Greg, and he married her anyway.

When asked by Cobra why he would marry her if he knew she was with this “white boy Greg” Ronald Cummings replied “You keep your friends close you keep your enemies closer.”

A source inside the investigation into the disappearance of Haleigh Ann-Marie Cummings, 5, from Satsuma, FL, confirmed to blinkoncrime that Misty Croslin was on a weekend bender with a man who has been arrested previously on drug charges . She was MIA the three days prior to Haleigh’s disappearance the early morning hours of February 10, 2009.

The bounty hunter (minus the hat) and PI is being funded by an anonymous donor out of Miami and has spent a significant amount of time with both Ron and Misty. As I shared with you, my readers, I believed he was legit in this case.

Who was she with?

“..I said Ronald, I have a very difficult question to ask you, about your now wife. It appears one week before Haliegh came up missing, she was. And Ronald told me to “stop right there, I know what you are going to ask me, yes was she f*cking a black guy? Yes, how do I feel about her f*cking a black guy? I know this, if I didn’t marry her, I would never, you hear me? What do you do to your enemies?” I said (Cobra) “You keep them close.” Ronald says “Exactly, and if I didn’t marry her, I don’t know where in the hell my, where am I going to look for my son? (Cobra meant to say daughter).”

Misty and Greg On the Record

Late this afternoon, Blinkoncrime has learned that Greg Page has taken a polygraph regarding the weekend with Misty and the disappearance of Haleigh Cummings. He admitted he was with Misty and the usage of drugs.

Page was CLEARED through his polygraph of any involvement in Haleigh’s disappearance and PCSO does not consider him a suspect.

Misty Croslin Cummings also admitted to the weekend and drug use following confrontation by LE of this incident during a polygraph as well.

Misty Croslin’s account of that evening has not been cleared by Law Enforcement nor has any representative spoken publicly about the results of her polygraph.
