More legal troubles for the family of Haleigh.
Haleigh Cummings went missing in February 10th of 2009. Before her disappearance Haleigh’s father was arrested a bakers dozen times. All charges were dropped. Since the disappearance, Misty Croslin and her family have had numerous arrests. Now it’s her Mom and Dads turn.
Police said Lisa and Hank Croslin Sr. bought the crack cocaine from an undercover agent this weekend. A completely random drug buy from a not-so-random family of miscreants.
Along with the buying charges, they are also charged with tampering with evidence for trying to get rid of the crack. Both are being held on a 5-thousand dollar bond.
They are the parents of Misty Croslin, the last person to see Haleigh alive before she vanished. Misty and Haleigh’s father Ron are both in jail on drug charges unrelated to Haleigh’s disappearance.
Hank Croslin Sr., 41, was arrested in November 2009 and accused of doctor shopping. It was reported that Croslin Sr. got approximately 300 Oxycontin and Hydrocodone pills from three different doctors between April and May 2009.

Well I guess that blows the mothers case of sueing Crystal for custody of Hailiegh’s brother. I heard the mother traded her false teeth for crack cocaine. Misty Croslin is so dumb she’s gotten her entire family thrown in prison for years. Look at Ron’s lengthy criminal history. They defered and judicated so many times it’s pathetic… so why not any of the other memebers of the family? Because the cops are trying to force Misty into admission. But she won’t talk…she’d rather let her parents and family rot in jail for years rather than to admit she’s been lying all this time and do her rightful time behind bars. What a piece of human garbage she is. But whats so funny about the whole thing is that everybody knows shes lying. Shes just lying to her self and now it seems she’s going to be in prison for years anyway. Why dosen’t Misty make a deal with the D.A. “I’ll take you to the body if you drop all charges against everybody in my family.” Why doesn’t she just do that.?
Why do I hear “Deliverance” banjo music every time this story breaks?? Jane Velez-Mitchell is covering this story tonight on her show “Issues” and will have on some insiders to the case. Issues has had Casey’s lawyer on quite a bit.
I was wondering maybe Misty and Tommy had some sick incest thing going on ( couch bouncing ??) and perhaps Haleigh saw and they had to kill her, then blamed cousin Joe? No one has addressed this theory but it seems just as plausible as anyother and would explain why they are blaming Joe which doesnt fit. Please tell what you think
No srry they may be stupied but there not insest jeeze some people and there theroys. Misty had nothing to do with her parnets getting locked up. Hank got locked up on purpose. He was losing his house and had no where to go and he dont want to be with his wife any more. He tried to leave her but she sticks like glue. and who would bye teeth for cocaine? Yeah sorry People stop dissing people when you dont know. If you ask how I know because I know them. Yeah they are screwed up but believe it or not they have a heart
oh and yeah I do believe misty is lieing to herself or even blocked the shit out. But I know misty didnt kill her but I dont have any doubt in my mind she didnt have something to do with the disapperance of haleigh
I work in the legal and cj fields. When the story of Haleigh’s abduction first broke, I just had a feeling that this bunch was heavily involved in drugs. Once a person such as me has to deal with these types over a period of years, one can simply sense it. Of course, Misty knows what happened to the child. Ron may not have been there, but he knew that night what happened to Haleigh. Gun or no gun, my gut is telling me that Haleigh’s disappearence was singly and completely related to drugs. I have a hunch there was drug debt there. When a gun could not be produced in lieu of payment for drugs, poor Haleigh was taken as collateral. Most likely, Misty and company concocted the “abduction” story and stories, because they were trying to avoid drug charges from the beginning. Is it just me or do they all look like they have wicked B.O. ?
