I can not believe what I am hearing. i had suspected “cousin” Joe was involved. he took Lindsays van that night , without permission, I might add. Then he left the next day to go back to Nashville.
As far as Tommy Croslin. I thought he went over and pounded on the door and no one answered. Why werent these two tips checked out. Maybe this could of ben resloved 14 months ago.
I still cant believe Tommy had anything to do with this. He seems like a family man who has a nice wife and beautiful children. being a father hisself I can not see him involved. My brother Timmy.
If he is not involved I hope he goes home to his family soon. If he is involved I hope he gets what he deserves.
And how about Ronald Cummings ? My heart breaks for him. It has since the begining. no matter what he has done his child did not deserve this. No parent deserves this.

It’s obvious that misty croslin has known all along what happened to that poor little girl. I don’t know who, why or where this information has come from, i only hope that it will result in the discovery of this innocent little girl so her family can finally get some closure. i think all of these criminals involved in her death should themselves receive the death penalty. may they all fry in hell!
After watching the videos of Tommy and his wife Lindsey, I really didn’t think he was involved. She said he was home in bed with her that night, and that she had to wake him up to tell him that Haleigh was missing. He was eager to take a lie detector test to prove his innocence. I, for one, am confused about what to think now.
didnt Tommy fail the test? Misty said Haleigh was by a Rose? so many questions !!!! if she didnt have anything to do with it then i why is she pointing out things in the water? maybe her brother did have something to do with it and thats what he told her? in her letter she said she was scared to tell Ronald because he would beat her up and rape her . maybe Misty needs to get away from all these people. but i really wanna know what Ronald is thinking now. sounds like misty was covering things up for her family. i just cant get over that she held all this in for so long. if shes quilty the prison is gonna be her new mom . if shes innocent then send her to a rehab and get her out of jail.

This poor baby would have never made it with her Father and brainless step-mother i say fry the dumb b*** she deserves it after what she did having that child in harm and not being responsible someone needs to tell her there are consequences for your actions she was obviously not taught this growing up….how can a person hide the truth for so long let alone harm a child..I say harm her eye for an eye in any case involving a defenseless child….
A bunch of white trash drug dealers living in a trailer with two kids and a gun. Hummm, how did Ronald get full custody of these children? The DEA had and open investigation on Misty and Ronald, why wasn’t that communicated to the family courts? I know Misty was 17 when they got married, but how old was she when the hooked up? Was she going to high school, or ditching school to watch his kids and get high all day? Is there Child Protective Services in Satsuma? Or what about the Satsuma police department, I thought they questioned Joe Overstreet a year ago and cleared him right away, did they not know about the van he stole and returned that same night? Or did they just forget to do a forensic screening of it? I am no detective, but wouldn’t you have forensics clear the van before you cleared the suspect?

well first of all i can barely see and there is no spell check here. so that said i am also not a typist. deal..i have been following this case however on nancy grace and on art harris.com..it followed the anthony case which followed the aruba nightmare. guess thats where i became a grace jinkie. at least on these horrible crimes. hollywood holds no intrest, as the mother of 3 girls i cannot even imagine loosing one of them with or without an ending. grace tries to find the ending. resolution for families.. ultimate burials for these vicitms. after the finding of bones over an acre in the anthony case also rt there in florida how in gods name do these people sleep at night. i dont know how this little child went missing but someone does. it really doesnt sound like a stranger abduction but someone that knew them??? they saw her laugh and play and how in the world they can continue to allow her tiny remains to be unrecovered is horrifying. drugs do this to people..add in some freaky component that aloows murders to even go there with the drugs and anyone is at risk. but now sitting in jail and hopefully drig free how do they honestly sleep at night. ronald will pay for the rest of his life..in jail or not. he exposed this little girl to the evils of this society and she paid dearly. treasure the pictures of her smiling.. she did desreve to be happy while here. just where are the monsters and how to we savegaurd our laughing happy children… god bless little haliegh and her little brother. as for the adults and i mean all of the adults.. grammies on down…you did not save her..what you dont know druggies when you see them? someone has to step up in these situations and call the police.. call cps..if no action then you know what call again!..report within your familes what you see that puts children at risk..that was halieghs only hope!

I can’t believe that there are people still taking up for Misty. Bottom line, she was responsible for Haleigh and her little brother. When Misty failed the first lie detector test she should of been arrested, and kept in jail until she told the truth. And to all the guys that keep commenting that Misty is “Hot”, did you see her on the news yesterday? After she stays in jail a little longer she will need a cell by herself, another girl won’t fit in there with her fat, lying butt!
