Lisa Croslin’s sister complained that her son, Joe Overstreet, (the cousin of Misty’s that was visiting when Haleigh turned up missing, but was not considered a suspect) was re-interviewed after the arrest. He was apparently kept at the Sheriff’s office all night.

Am interested in the story about the beautiful little girl, who never had a chance to grow up. I would like to know if Joe owns a van, or does he have a van available to borrow?
This guy looks totally creepy. He was on TV & when asked if he killed her, he began crying. If someone accused me I would be angry & not crying. To me he seems scared of being found out & maybe in denial.

Cousin Joe came to visit the Croslins for 3 resons, DRUGS, GUNS & SEX. His grandmother called to ask him if he knew anything about Haleigh he told her “don’t you call here anymore you “wh*re.” So much for family love. He knew the family was scare of him and he took advantage of it.
