Misty Croslin has reportedly written a letter telling what happened to Haleigh
Several sources are reporting that Misty Croslin wrote a letter to a family member revealing what she knows about the night Haleigh Cummings disappeared. The letter is being examined by authorities in Satsuma, Florida for its authenticity and validity.
Will this new evidence finally lead investigators to Haleigh?
Remember when the story broke that Tommy came by and stole a gun? Well now the story seems to be that Tim and Joe, Misty’s cousin, came by to steal the gun but it wasn’t there. Joe got pissed and took Haleigh.
It has also been reported that Misty Croslin’s attorney has known what Misty has been hiding since she was arrested on drug trafficing charges when she sold prescription pain killers oxycodone and oxycoton to an undercover officer.
This is not verified but its being passed around by Art Harris, a freelance reporter that has been covering this case.

I think all of this “horse crap” about Haleigh being taken over drug money, stolen guns, etc. is just flat out stupid. I honestly do not think any of the Croslin family are that smart let alone running some type of drug ring that would owe a “drug lord” large amounts of money.
In my opinion, Ronald and Misty are the only two people alive and walking around that truly know exactly what happened to Haleigh. One of them killed this poor child and the both of them discarded her body. Why hasn’t more info come out concerning their phone records? Why didn’t you hear Ronald Cummings on the 911 tapes asking Misty “why didn’t you answer your phone? Why did you have your phone turned off?” the 911 tape sounded to me staged and planned. Ronald trys to portray himself as a badxss even though he has only spent time in county jail (thanks to his mom’s job) and since he likes to beat on women, just maybe he will get what is clearly coming to him once he walks through those prison doors. Misty is clearly a follower but will continue to cover up since she is involved. She has her “stupid” moments but she is also smart enough to lie, lie, lie and blame even her own brother. Why doesn’t Tommy Croslin show more anger towards Misty after she calls him a liar, put a restraining on him and is even now accusing the other brother of taking Haleigh? What is wrong with this picture?
I been reading your posts on this site, I hate to break it to someone but whoever is posting this stuff needs to get the FACTS right, first of all it wasn’t Timmy & Joe who came to Misty’s & Ron’s it was TOMMY & Joe.

I can’t believe that the detectives actually believe that Misty’s brother showed @ their home & nobody was home. I believe he was there when they had somebody in a van take her, & they didn’t tell Misty where, except maybe that there may be a rose laying there. That’s why Misty doesn’t really know where she is. But, she does know what happened to her.
I don’t think Misty knows. I think she was stoned out of her mind and doesn’t know, or she wasn’t there.

I think that she drugged hailey to get her to sleep and she overdosed her by mistake and that the brother and cousin helped to cover it up and now are scared cause they did cover it up. I think she freaked out and they got rid of the baby’s body. That seems more likely. She could of given her a pill or half a pill and it killed her.

I think all of these people are druggies and its sad that Haleigh got caught up in it. Misty should have electroshock therapy to wake her &%$# up. Misty and tommy look like ugly mice! I do agree with Racheal c. & Maybe alcohol was also given to Haleigh pills and alcohol dont mix so she died of that. Alot of stupid adults think that giving alcohol and drugs to kids is cool. I also think of possibility that Misty and the others we so drugged up that they dont know what happened to Haleigh . Perhaps Misty brought the kids to a friend or relatives house to have a drug using party. Mabe Misty or tommy had friends over and they were so stoned that a friend took haleigh and misty and Tommy never knew. My strong beleif is that Misty did use drugs that night with Tommy and friends or relatives and that this is a usual thing they do together. I do beleive that Haleigh was taken while the others were drugged up and was taken to some other location by one of the men at the get together. So i think Misty is scared to say the truth of having the kids at a get together where drugs were involved. If Misty told the truth of having the kids at the get together she would be charged with endangerment but nothing serious. She doesnt want to say that for fear of losing Ronald and him being mad at her. Does any one know what happened with Haleighs brother? I heard he was with them at home.Is he old enough to talk ? I think he was asleep but may have recalled walking to that party or seing the people that were there before falling asleep. I f he confirms that they were at another location that proves misty was lying when she said she was home with Haleigh. Whats up with Haleighs mom why didnt she kick Mistys ass?
If anyone thinks Misty is innocent…and Ron is guilty then you haven’t been keeping up with the case.
And I agree about Haleighs real mother. Why is she so non-chalant about the whole thing? Have you seen her talking on t.v.?
I think that 25yrs for drug charges this minor does not warrant this kind of a sentence for a minor, don’t the taxpayers of the united states care what it costs to keep offenders like this locked up , i think that the sentence is reflective of the fact that she will crack once in prison. That seems to be their motive for such a harsh sentence
Wow, 25 years for hawking some proscription drugs at 19? That is madness. If Misty had something to do with the death or disappearance of the little girl then charge her, prove it, and nail her to the wall. If not, set her free. Her sentence is obviously an attempt to persuade her to give information about the disappearance. What if she has no information? Then you’re removing all hope for a poor girl that didn’t have a chance from the start. Is it not possible that she was in the wrong place at the wrong time? Why must we turn one tragedy into two without cause?
Ronald drugged his own daughter so misty would watch them…and left them home alone till he finally got misty too come back and watch them…they were at the home alone and when misty got there haleigh was already dead,,( remember she washed the pee blanket) ,,,
