Misty Croslin’s Attorney entered a plea of…. drum roll please
\./\./\./\./\./\./\./\./\./\./\ …. not guilty on drug trafficing charges.
Misty has been so forthcoming with information these last 14 months I thought she would admit the drug selling and tell us where the body is.
Tongue in cheek of course.
An attorney for Misty Croslin, the last person to see Haleigh Cummings, said his client is not guilty of drug-trafficking charges.
Croslin’s attorney filed paperwork with her not-guilty plea on Monday in St. Johns County.
Croslin, 18, was babysitting Haleigh more than a year ago when the child vanished from her father’s trailer in rural Putnam County while he was at work.

I have to agree with jean on everything but the foul language to describe these people. They are indeed white trash, all been arrested in the past year. What kinda credibility do any of them have. I believe that the only people misty would protect are herself and ronald. She would rat anybody else out in a heartbeat. She has proven that by speaking against her own brother – twice. And, the only way anybody MIGHT get some sort of truth from this girl is to literally beat it out of her, whether it be athorities or her piers in jail. Well, 1 for misty, It is the right to all americans to plead not guilty. HLN (Nancy Grace) has done her job to sway the whole nation to a quilty in Misty’s case. We allow the police departments around the nation to make drug buys to attain information to the next level. In this case the police have violated the law. Only 2 buys were what was needed to arrest or gain information. But as law enforcement to continue to buy off Misty in an act of frustration on not solving a child gone missing case is illegal. As far as where a person is a product of there living critieria, that being a trailer does not constitute trailer trash. And remember, that we put laws in place that govern this land. We all abide by them, including law enforcement. Misty drug situation should be set aside. HLN, (Nancy Grace), should hold back from punishment until we know the truth about what really happened to the child.

If you look at the life of Misty it is a very sad tragedy. It really is a symptom of the social decay of western society that truly has not provided the American family with the proper supports to sustain a healthy family fiber. Lets look at providing American families with excellent educational standards and accessability while assisting those with learning challenges to attain a sense of self esteem and self respect.In order to prevent the development of kids that ultimately may feel they have no other choices because the may not have been born with the intellectual capacity to morph into a “brain surgeon” government needs to provide families with healthcare, housing and education with good old family values. Instead of turning a blind eye to white collar crime that is so apparently rampant and bailing out wall street criminals that by comparison make a poor persons crime relative by comparison to stealing a loaf of bread to survive a complete outrage.If Misty deserves 25 yrs for selling oxycodone how many years do the facilitators and enablers of those entities that are allowing the ripoff of the American working class deserve? If the American media continues to bombard the developing minds of vulnerable young persons with falsities of easy money and materialism that is devoid of moral or ethical values the stories of young peoples lives going the tubes will only increase in number. As the economic crisis that arguably really only effects the middle class and poor will continue you may only have to look in your own backyard for the next tragedy to evolve. While American families are working 2 jobs at minimum wage while leaving the kids to be raised the television set I guess society can only get worse.

as for misty all i have to say is maybe shes not talking because she really doesnt know anything. maybe she does but theres no evidence of it, and she has not been tried or charged with anything relating to haleigh. the charge was for drugs. and thanks to nancy grace ive seen the video 100 times. it was a setup to begin with and misty wasnt even dealing drugs. she took the cop to a drug dealer, acting as a middle man. she was 17 years old and she got a 25 year sentence. this is a disgusting injustice.

But let’s all think about this reasonably instead of emotionally like a bunch of ignorant sheep. It is possibly reasonable that she was so high on drugs that she does not know what happened to that little girl. Many of you are happy to talk about her drug problem but are not willing to acknowledge it for what it is in reality and the fact that she might not know because she was high out of her mind.
And 25 years for dealing some pills is down right ridiculous. People do less time for a murder that they have been proven guilty for.Take a look at her family and home life, if there ever was midigating circumstances, that was it. This girl has a 7th grade education and lived a like a pauper for most of her short life. Where in the hell was the high and mighty government that covicted her when she was a child and they should have intervened to give her a real chance at being something more than she ended up. Conspicuously missing then huh?
The media convicted this child of the murder of another child without any evidence and since the governemnt did not have any evidence to put her away for that, the worked very hard at finding another reason to put her away and she is serving murder conviction time for selling a few pills.
