Raw footage of WESHTV’s interview with Misty Croslin about the Road Rage incident while walking thru the airport.
Action News spoke with the Deputy from the Lake Mary Police Department who was on scene when the women were cuffed. Officer Zach Hudson says the women were cooperative with investigators during the questioning. He says when Misty was put on the ground and cuffed, she looked up at the officer and said, Im Misty Cummings, you might know me.
Officer Hudson says there was no bravado in Mistys voice, and she wasnt acting as though she thought she needed special attention. He says it sounded as though she just wanted the officers to know she was not a threat.
Mistys lawyer Robert Fields tells Action News he believes the 911 caller made up the entire story. He says during the 911 call, the woman told dispatchers the license plate number of the vehicle they were driving. Fields says if the caller was in front of the suspects car, she would never be able to read off the license plate to dispatchers. He believes the caller initiated the call to 911 to report a false claim to get back at Misty and the driver for an earlier altercation on the road.

That crazy Ballinger woman was on Nancy Grace last night, running her mouth. She might have been hired by Grace/CBS to follow Misty around and start some trouble. Make news where none exists.
I think these people are trash, a 17yearoldgirl ,drugs ,underage sex, with a man who has 2 children,living in his mothers house. ron cuymmings clearly has a criminal past but with his mothers apperent “pull”at sheriffs dept. we may never know the whole story but when you take all the facts of this sitution and put them together i belive the story will fall into place.
I am appauled that a 17 yearold girl, that looks like she 15, was allowed to live with this cummings. she was put in a sitituation of basically be this guys sex toy,take care of his kids and probably served as his punching bag also, she had to do these things to survive she was prob. in a real bad situation at home ,being uneducated prob. saw cummings as a way to get out not knowing that she was really walking into the fire. Do i think she killed this child and hide her in one plan word “NO” shes not smart enough and neither is anyone shes assoc. with. Plus they would have to be smart enough to keep it from investigators for 8 months, i think people give this bunch to much credit.
I think that this Misty has somthing to do with it!

First of all what part of the polygraph did she fail. Was she asked ‘did you kill Haleigh?” Was she asked if she was out” buying drugs or at a party when Haleigh disappeared?” For all we know Misty Croslin left Haleigh alone or took her with her to get stoned and left the little girl out in a forest somewhere? When people engage in the business of illegal substances a murder or retaliation is usually part of the game. Did Misty have a car that night? Could the child have wondered off from the vehicle or been yanked out of the car? What about sex predators that may have been buying or selling drugs from Croslin? In San Diego, California a little girl was kidnapped right out of her bedroom by the neighbor. This case is frustrating to me because this so called “idot” isn’t as stupid as you think. Misty knows that if she tells the truth she will never see outside of a jail as long as she lives.
I have another point to make about grieving parents. I grieved more over my cat. I was a foster parent for 8 years and when those boys had to go back to Orange County I was devistated. I cried and cried for 4 solid years. I screamed, I became sick and my whole appearence changed. I went from beautiful, young and thin to house bound, heavy and unsocial. Haleigh’s dad is looking better than he did before his child went missing. He married the skank that should have been watching his daughter with heart and soul. Neither of them act like sickened parents. Given the circumstances that Haleigh could be dead,sexually abused or tortured the father is not hurting bad enough. He does not appear to have an emptiness and relentless pain in his gut that he should be feeling. Who would care about being in jail if your baby was in terrible danger. A grieving parent dosen’t care about life anymore. He’s complaining about clean underwear and she is complaining about food. Why aren’t they screaming about their daughter?
I think Mistys Parents and family are Extremly creepy, and the way they talk about Haleigh is disturbing, I remember them Saying in a comment on youtube “I bet a group of Nigqer’s took Haleigh and raped her up the butt” I was disgusted they even said that, it was ina Video Comment board they put up, it wasnt really much of a video, they just put it up so people can leave comments supporting Misty,etc… And then when some people starting coming in leaving negative comments about Misty, They (aka TheCroslinFamily) Replyed saying “Why dont you people get a life instead of living vigeriously threw dead kids”,…Which shocked me, Me and some other Account name Replyed back saying “Dead? Hmm who said she was dead, do you know somthing we don’t?”,……And just the way they talk is disturbing and creepy and low educated, If they had nothing to do with it or dont know anything then i wouldnt be surprised if they burnt the wrong person in a drug deal and the person retailiated by taking the little girl…….I don’t know, i havent really been to much into the story, i live in New england but i can’t wait til the police and the ones who loved her get some answers.
Misty knows what happened along with Haleigh’s father they along with whomever else was involved in this crime against this little girl who had done nothing but give her love to them. Rest in peace Haleigh…. Misty and Ronald will burn in hell for what they did.
Low IQ , low income, low class, low life losers, the whole bunch of ‘em. Lying is their communication style, it’s genetics not drugs. It’s a brilliant strategy really, even if by accident only. I mean, what jury would believe any of them and what lawyer would take a chance putting them on a witness stand? Oh what , NOW Misty realizes she’s “in trouble” so she’s telling the truth, good luck selling that! If they were part of an ongoing drug investigation the oppositions strategy was to let someone rack up drug offenses to use to bargain with. I say put them in population(accidently) and give ‘em some jail justice, inmate style FOREVER!
I can not Stand to watch this LOW LIFE Thing making out that she is crying and sad about “that little girl” (as she decribes Haileigh) & best of all that GoofBall looking thing, Ronald, goes and marries the “Suspect”. He seems fishy to me also.
Ronald’s mom was crying for Haileigh more than any of those Pitiful looking people!

I have been keeping track of the story with Nancy Grace, but no coverge on this for almost a month. I hope that Misty is still in Jail!

Wow! The above poster actually believed a youtube account was really Misty’s family saying terrible things about Haleigh. Sorry dear, but YOU are the one with the low IQ. People need to realize they have NO SYMPATHY for Misty and her family because they are degenerates to the highest degree. This however, does not make Misty a murderer. Do I need to repeat that last sentence? Stop jumping on the band wagon just because it’s the easy thing to do. Just because Misty isn’t an angelic sweet- faced teeny bopper from the upper middle class doesn’t mean she is a murderer and deserving of the type of slander and criticism she has so harshly received. She is and was a CHILD too! Misty had no support, structure, or stability from her family. It’s time we all act like adults and see this situation for what IT REALLY IS. Misty deserves support in her corner too!
