I think you get my point. The police have caught Ronald over and over again with drugs, drug paraphernalia, un-authorized prescription pills and drug equipment. They have caught him trespassing and violating a domestic violence injunction but every time, over and over again, he is released without prosecution.
Would ANYONE else receive this treatment that’s mom didn’t work at the Police Department? Would you be “cleared” of all this?
While the world focuses on Misty Croslin for her inconsistent statements to police and the press, could it be that her inconsistencies stem from her protection of known criminal Ronald Cummings?
Misty Croslin has never been charged with any crime. Its unlikely for an individual to go from no criminal record to murder without a few escalating crimes in between.

He has been cleared because he was at work. LE has checked into his whereabouts and he WAS at work early, and left when he said he did. It certainly looks like he has had many problems, but that does not mean that he was involved in his daughter’s disappearance.
What a slime ball! grrr, this really makes me made! Our world is so totally screwed up. We cant even trust out law enforcement to keep our community safe from such people. We cannot go on thinking that someone like Ron can go on breaking the law and getting away with it until it leads to something so harsh as to committing murder!
These types of people never change. They they will never change if the law doesn’t step up and prosecute. I see nothing good in any of them, Ron’s Mom,friends,girlfriend and a huge part of his and Misty’s family. (so darn messed up).
Poor Haleigh Cummings, We all pray that you are safe somewhere. We don’t want to believe in the worst outcome. You beautiful child!
We also hear about Ronald slapping the children around. What a family Ron has, none cared to get those kids out of the hell they seemed to live in. I am sure they seen drugs, sex probley since they all shared the same bedroom! SICK, sick is what you all are.
Law Enforcement has cleared him because he was at work. It really is very simple. They have also gone as far as to say they are satisfied he does not know what happened to his daughter, which indicates that they do not believe he even know what happened. His mom does not work for the same Sheriff and yes it matters. She may however know how to get him a lawyer. If you look at the record of other individuals in this area you will see that (right or wrong) this is not uncommon. It means that he had to stay out of trouble for a certian period (withhold of adjudication) and he did so. If he had not he would have been convicted. As a matter of fact it almost looks like he stayed out of trouble when he needed to and then when he knew he was not walking the line, he messed up again. This does not make him guilty of harming his child. Misty is seventeen. What that means is that you do not know if she has a criminal record. It is against the law for anyone to know. What they said was she had no criminal record available. Because she is a minor.
These people are uneducated loser white trash poor excuse for human beings a**holes!!! This beautiful child never stood a chance with these idiots!
I have not heard LE come out and say Ronald is CLEARED. I heard them say that Ronald nor Crystal were suspects, but Misty hasn’t cleared up any inconsistancies. Then to also hear Ronald’s attorney a few weeks ago, saying that Ronald was moved from the top of the suspect list to the bottom, nowhere did LE or even his own attorney state he was cleared.

Okay lets turn things around. Ronald all of a sudden got to work early. Instead of going home because he could not reach misty he called misty’s brother. That was od. He was 10 minutes from his house. I am sure his boss would have let him off. Maybe he called the brother to set misty up for the murder. Maybe he killed his daughter by accident much earlier before he went to work. He told misty to leave the house and take care of the body. He then went through the whole theatrics of arriving home and not finding his daughter. I do believe it was an accident and they are both covering up for each other. They both knew about it and they both plotted to cover it up. That is why he married her right away so she could not testify against him (so he thought)

I totally agree. I’ve said it before…something could have happened before RC went to work. The events of the whole ordeal just appear to be staged. Another thought I had is this: what about Crystal? Could it be that she planned all of this to make Ron and Misty look bad, so she could get the kids back and not have to pay RC child support. Look how quickly she and her attorney, Picazio, started the custody business with Jr. And Kim Picazio even intimated that Haleigh might be in another state and is probably, healthy, well-fed and growing. Why don’t we ever hear anything from the Sheffield side of the family? That’s Haleigh’s mother for Heaven’s sake. All we ever hear about or from are the Cummings/Croslin clan. This whole thing stinks!

I was intrigued when I saw a connection to the police department with Ron’s mother. A very similar family connection exists in the Caylee case.
The Caylee story may have started when Casey’s boyfriend, Jesse, wanted Caylee adopted. He talked about this to his brother or an uncle or close cousin who worked with Missing and Exploited Children. His relative worked for law enforcement in Missing and Exploited Children. So it started with a direct connection to the Missing and Exploited Children agency.
Casey was pressured to have Caylee adopted. Jesse was complaining about the situation to his relative who worked in Missing and Exploited Children. Casey said to police when she first talked to them: “I was willing to find Caylee another home.”
I think there is a law enforcement conspiracy on both cases. I believe the people who are really behind these cases want to have the power to take children from mothers who have the rock and roll lifestyle, and then have those children adopted by “proper families”.
The most believable witness to me is the four-year-old brother who said a man dressed in back with squeaky shoes came in and took Haleigh. That would be a government commando who did the crime, which got all of this started.
The authorities, along with the establishment press want to make a spectacle of the rock and roll mother, even though she didn’t do anything and appears to have no clue what is going on, just like Casey Anthony constantly tells us she has no clue what is going on. Both women are in the Orlando party scene, and both boyfriends had family connections to the police that were able to learn details about their lives to find exactly the right mark. The names Caylee and Haleigh even sound alike. Were the authorities searching for just the right rock and roll mothers with beautiful daughters they could demonize to make us all think women like that don’t deserve to keep their children?
Reread Cajuncurizz’s post. That’s the attitude they want us to have, so they slant things to make Ron look like a saint, and Misty look bad.
This case is going to fade away because Ron is too much of a lose cannon.
I think someone paid Ron a lot of money to adopt Haleigh. They told Ron to marry Misty, which made her Misty Cummings. That sounds like name right out of a novel!
Misty Cummings would have been accused of a crime, and she would have fought back. They didn’t know it but she would prove to be a formidable opponent.
Who is They? They want to say the government should have the right to take children from these kinds of situations and have them adopted by proper families.
The war over this would have been intense, with Misty Cummings becoming the woman every man wants, the perfect mother, and caretaker of a child.
But now Ron is divorcing Misty over her weekend with Greg Page. He is a loose cannon. I don’t think this story is going very much further.
This is ridiculous u can get away with all these charges. But i got a charge for assault for sticking up for my mom who was getting harrassed by a 45 year old man and put his hands on her., so me and my brother whooped his ass. But Ronald can get away with all this what kind of world do we live in makes uyou wonder.
I think Ronald Cummings is a piece of your typical satsuma white trash! If you just take a look at him he looks like a drug addict and user. He has gotten off off of so many counts of illegal activity that most people would still be in jail. In my eyes he is an unfit father just as Misty is an unfit mother. That is all that lives in those neighborhoods are drug dealers and losers! For him to leave his little girl whose mother was rumored by more than one person that after he went to work at ten o’clock she was picked and was tricked out for sexual favors for crack and brought back home before Ronald arrived home from work is just ridiculous! He may even knew such things were taking place. Then for Misty to take a 10 year old little girl out partying with her the night she disappeared is outrageous! If you’ve seen Ron he seems emotionless for a father that supposedly loves their little girl so much! These are the type of people that don’t deserve children and I will leave it at that!!!!
The whole family is a bunch of deadbeat druggies. They need to put the heat on and find out where that little girl is. I would guess to bet The drug dealing family had a drug debt and someone took the little girl as revenge. Hopefully the state police will do the investigation instead of the local town clowns. After reading the above post, it sounds like if your mother works for the sheriffs department you get a get out of jail card free. This clan of hillbilly druggies need to be put in the big house for ever.
What judge in his right mind, would give Ronald costody of a sweet inocent child,knowing I’m sure, that he uses drugs and sells them. I’m sure the judge was told about his dirty arrest record. His stupid mother, didn’t do him any favors by getting the police to cover up his crimes. All this contributed to little Haliegh’s probable death. What good dad, lets a stupid 17 year old take care of his precious daughter. It is evident he was thinking with the lower half of his body and not his brain…

Donna, I think you are wrong about Crystal. I don’t believe she had anything to do with any of this. I believe Crystal is affraid of Ron. Look at Ron’s criminal record. I can’t believe that he was never prosecuted for any of his crimes. He obviously has a drug & anger problem. Just because his mother is a dispatcher for the Sheriff’s Office should NOT make a difference. The D.A.’s office should have been involved with these families a long time ago & most of these people should have been in jail a long time ago. Maybe if they were, then maybe Haliegh would not be missing. Why wasn’t Children’s Services involved? Those 2 kids should never had been in that home with the father & his under age girlfriend. When they are showing Misty & Ron in the undercover cops car, they both appear that they have no worries at all. They don’t seem nervous at all. They appear that they know exactly what they are doing. Ron even seems very arrogant when they are showing him in jail right now. Maybe he thinks that he won’t be charged with anything, because he has never been prosecuted for anything so far, just look at his criminal record.
Why did Ronald go to work early that night? Has anyone asked & gotten an answer to that question? I don’t remember if that question was ever answered. I recall that Misty called Ron at work that night & was complaining that Haliegh was acting up & he told Misty to spank her & then put her to bed. (I believe one of Ron’s co-workers heard that conversation). Also, I remember Misty said that she had to wash Haliegh’s blanket because she peed on it. At 5 years old, a child doesn’t just have an accident like that, unless something bad happened to them. Maybe either Ron or Misty spanked Haliegh & it went to fair & something bad happened. Maybe Misty helped Ron cover it up. Why did Ron make so many calls to Misty that night? He called her over 20 times. Now Misty is saying that 2 people are going to get hurt when she reveals what happened……
I hope that they find this little girl & she is okay. It’s just so sad to hear these stories about kids going missing. Enough!!!!

Although I believe Haleigh overdosed on Misty’s watch, I really think Ronald has instructed Misty from day one on what to say & do to continue the cover up of what happened to the child. First of all Teresa Neves should be fired, all the stupid Putnam County Cops involved should be fired, the Judge should lose his job also. If Ronald Cummings would have been held accountable for all his felonies, like the rest of the people that live in Putnam County are, those children probably would have never been born, because Ronald would have been doin some serious time. Someone needs to take a good long hard look at the PUTNAM COUNTY FINEST. If you tamper with evidence or PLANT evidence it is a felony, if they do it they might get temporarly demoted. I think Misty Croslin Cummings is frozen by fear of Ronald Cummings and that is why she is failing all the polygraphs. Ronald could have left the job, come home angry and taken it out on Haleigh. If he used dirt moving equipment on his job, maybe they should check out the job site. I remember Misty saying when Joe (the cousin) was there she heard Haleigh screaming in the other bedroom. Could Misty have been drugged enough that she thought it was Joe but actually Ronald. The media, especially Nancy Grace, has gone after Misty with a vengeance. Hope and pray they find out what has happened to this child. It is a shame what is going on in this country and most of it is because of drugs, alcohol and perverts. We need to get our hearts right.
