I keep getting the thought that due to the amount of drugs in that home, I wonder Halieh might have gotten in to the pills and overdosed and Misty had her brother help hide the little girls body so as not to get charged in her death from child neglect.

what is going on NOW? how much time did Misty and her brother get?? anyone know?? why didn’t they dig under the plastic rose they found? that makes no sense! why go look for this rose then do nothing once they find it?? I am sick of hearing about Lindsay Lohen on Nancy Grace HLN -I want to know what’s going on in THIS case!!!

And for the record: NO ONE KNOWS WHAT REALLY HAPPENED, except the person who TOOK Haleigh.

I agreed with 3/4 of the post by, “Steve”…. until I reached the part that claimed Misty was, “too cute” to have done this. Bad Steve….bad. Good looking people can be just as evil. Look at Ted Bundy. Most women found him attractive.You made a very poor statement.

I am not sure Misty is involved or not. None of us can be 100%. We can assume. We can try to piece things together. But NO ONE KNOWS FOR SURE. End of story……………..

In the last decade, I have done my share of research on true crime. This case had me very interested since Day One.

I have NEVER, in my life – been more compelled to FALL OVER ON MY A**, LAUGHING HYSTERICALLY, when I read the comment posted by: “JACKY DIAMOND” 9/26/09….stating these EXACT words:

“How could the police not arrest just on the stories she has told”.

My tummy literally aches from laughing. As a police wife for 8+ years, I am amazed that some of the general public DOES NOT UNDERSTAND that you cannot make an arrest, get a warrant, prosecute, etc, without REAL EVIDENCE.

“Stories” are not good enough, lady. Good Lord….

A Red Rose: I doubt that Croslin brought a red rose to where Haleigh was left. After all there are none seen in any of the videos of the inside of the home. That means, the red rose was there all ready, or near by. Valentines Day and Red Plastic Roses means cemetery. People put them on graves of loved ones, spouses, etc at Valentines Day.
Croslin wigged out when she found out that Ron was meeting with Cobra (PI and bounty hunter) at Mema’s Restaurant. She demanded Ron leave. Mema’s is on 309. Shell Harbor is off of 309. Did she freak out because they were too close? There is a cemetery across the road, past the train tracks, about .8 mi from Mema’s, just off of 309. This is 3 miles from the home and in the opposite direction of where Ron would be coming from.
Reason for the opposite direction is, if he knew the vehicle, then they would not want to cross paths with him on the way home. She wouldn’t want to get caught. And if she wasn’t with him, and he knew the vehicle, then he would put two and two together.
Red plastic rose + Valentines Day = Cemetery. Closest one is just off of 309, a little more than a mile from Mema’s.

I can not believe these people that think Misty is to young or to cute to do anything wrong. You are in a room and something is going on or someone is taking a child………….you hear it. Misty is NOT innoccent. She might not have been the actual “KILLER” but she knows what happen to that precious little girl and IF she has half a brain…………she will tell the truth………Just for once in her life she should tell the truth. It would help her too if she tells who took her and why and where her remains are.
She is a stupid drug dealer and she thinks she can out smart the police……………..WRONG !!!!! They will get the truth and Misty can rot in prison.
Anyone that will let a person harm a child……………should rot in prison. That whole bunch of people need to just wake up and maybe they can all get some smarts in prison.

OMG! I can’t believe everybody is against Misty. THERE ISN’T ONE SHREAD OF EVIDENCE THAT THIS POOR GIRL HAS DONE ANYTHING WRONG. Everything I’ve read and seen shows just the opposite. A confused young girl of 17 and the whole world seems out to nail her to a cross….and for what? Trying to do a good job baby sitting?!?! The press takes millions of pictures of her and then they only use the ones that make her look like trailer trash when in reality she is really very classy. Misty has admitted she was the last one with Haliegh. She wouldn’t do that if she was guilty. One thing I’ve learned is you certainly CAN judge a book by it’s cover… Misty Croslin is just way to cute to have done anything bad like this. MISTY IS CHARMING, CUTE AND HAS CHRISMIA…. MORE THAN ANY OF YOU DUMB IDIOTS. Some day the real killer will be found and Misty will be vindicated….how will you feel then?
