Members of Equusearch, the Texas-based search team, are once again searching an area near the home of Ronald Cummings, whose 4-year-old daughter Haleigh Cummings vanished from the family’s trailer in March.
Myfoxorlando is reporting that under hypnosis, Ronald Cumming’s 17-year-old wife Misty Croslin Cummings told searchers to look for Haleigh near a rose left in an undisclosed area in Putnam County.
Based on that tip, Equusearch on Saturday headed back out to Satsuma to search for leads in the case.
Fox 35 has a crew at the search location. I have an inside track if anything is found. Check back.

My info is from a Steph Watts interview, who recorded the sessions for EquuSearch.
According to several news sources, while Misty was undergoing and completely failing the battery of tests being administered, she made a comment that indicated she may know where to search for Haleigh. She told investigators they needed to double-check a patch of ground marked by a single plastic rose.
“She said there was a place that was not searched very well and that we should look for a red rose, and she gave us the location,” said Steph Watts, who recorded the sessions for EquuSearch.
“We went and we looked, and we found it, and the next day we took Putnam County investigators back there,” Watts said. “I don’t think they are going to dig where the rose is and find the body, but the fact that they went with us shows that they are following up on every lead.” EquuSearch is making plans to return to the area in the near future.

I can not believe Haleighs father married this woman. With the drug abuse in that home I don’t feel Misty or Ronald are fit to raise a puppy! Ronald has shown how much he cares for his child by marrying a woman who is not being forthcoming about her disappearance. The grandmother “Teresa” Neve or what ever her name is should be guiding her son to make better choices. But the fact he would marry that woman is ridiculous.

THIS IS TO ANN-THIS WAS WROTE ONLINE MAY 28TH. MONTHS BEFORE THE BROTHER CAME OUT AND SAID SHE WASN’T HOME. Psychic Rita Estelle claims that she “watches murders as they are committed.” Her site also claims, “Rita watched [the] kidnapping” of Haleigh Cummings.
According to Rita, Misty Croslin, 17, was not at home the night of the kidnapping. She also believes that a friend of a friend had been to the home several times. This male friend was nice to Haleigh, 5, and her little brother, Ronald Jr., 4. Rita also states the name of this friend begins with “J” or “B” and he is from 5 feet 6 to 5 feet 10 inches tall.
They said he married her 2 keep enemies close. i would tie her up and starve her until she told me where my child was she knows where the baby is how can u b that self centered when the truth comes out she should get same sentence as casey anthony DEATH
This is going on since February. I have heard of people getting arrested on circumstantial situation and this has really been botched. There would be nothing left of the body by now and no evidence. How could the police not arrest just on the stories she has told.
The whole investigation is a farce. Misty is walking around showing off her wedding ring and smiling while this little girl is missing. And Ronald is not too bright for marrying a 16 year old. Ronald new Misty was not home becasue he called her 20 times. Everyone is covering.
Yes, from day one this had been messed up. She instantly gave off a wierd vibe especially since she was only 16 or 17 and he is 25. EVERYBODY in this case is being secretive and evasive. I agree that she would tell me one way or the other where my child and no way in hell would I marry her, that was odd itself. My one happiness and wants would be the last damn thing on my mind. You seem to be assuming the child is dead if so it seems more likely to me that there was some kind of mishap and misty paniced and tried to cover it up.

Most normal people can not relate to people like the Cummings’ or the Croslins. I, myself, have a person who is very close to me that is exactly like these people, .i.e., a Drug Addict.
The more drugs they do, the more they learn to lie about their behaviors, until they can no longer tell the truth. They will do anything to get the drugs and more importantly anything to protect their drug connections. The drugs come before anything and everything and they will do nothing to jeopardize their connection to them.
If you dont know, Oxycontin is a very strong painkiller, that is basically synthetic heroin. The addiction is the same and the high is basically the same. Some people swallow them, others snort or smoke them. You doze in and out of unconsciousness, babble, drool on yourself, and remember mostly nothing about the entire experience, except for the sickness the insues afterwards. So you see, you can not jeopardize your connection. You also may not remember anything that happened during your high. Misty could’ve been present during the abduction and not even really remember.
The whole bunch are protecting their drug dealers and if that wasnt so important to them, this case would’ve been solved long ago.

What a wild weekend,now Misty wants to head back to Ron.Sober,exausted,shame of somethings shes done.The two decied to try again. Rons heading to work,children playing outside,a few people over,some stop by seeing everyone out side.Mistys had it.She trys to get G ma Teresa,to keep Haliegh.Because Little Haliegh likes staying up late.Gma says oh no gal,Ron expects you to keep both children. GG sykes brings cloths over she had at her house of the chilldrens. She did them the day before.So Haliegh,an Butterbeans having so much fun,outside.People are in,an out Trailor using the restroom.One decieds hes going to return later,so when using the restroom,he slips an unlocks the back door. May come back for Rons gun,or search to see if Ron has some drugs stashed.But one things for sure he likes little girls,very little girls. A problen/sickness/weakness hes had for yrs. Every one heads home.Misty feeds the children,gives them a bath.Boy she wearing thin,so tired.After washing the dishes,she wants to chill before cleaning a little.Finaly she talks the two children into letting her have the tv,in the living room,an puts a childs movie in the the little tv-cd player, in the bed room,when she gets the children on the beds,she smell pee real bad.Its Halieghs blanket.Haliegh has a small bladder,an plays hard,sleeps hard, wets herself.When she wakes shame she usually changes the wet cloths hiding them because she is shame of peepeeing the bed. So Misty decides to run the thin blanket through a short was,while she slaps the house together.Oh no!! -absolutly no laundry detergent,oh well Misty gets the last of the dish washing lq,an uses it for the blanket,an makes a mental note to tell Ron they need washing powders. So she slings the house together,stuffing a much dirty cloths in the dryer,as she can to get them out the floor,still some laying around where back doors at,near laundry roon. dang Misty says i dont feel like unloading dryer,ill hang blanket over heater vent. She chills watches tv in living room,while thin blanket can dry,heaters kicking its cold outside.Ron,has steady called all evening,shes getting stressed out,he keeps asking about WBG, His feelings,an ego hurt,he goes on-an on.So Misty so tired,she just cuts the phone off, gets blanket,an heads to bed. Knowing she didnt use back door,that day,she just checks the lock on front door.Cuts all lights out. tv on in room.An she doesnt feel like late night company,she cover Haliegh up,who now is asleep.Laying down with RonJr she drifts off into a exausted,long over due sleep In the mean time,the 3 inside dont know they have been watched,waiting for them to go to bed,he now creeps out of the dark woods,from behind the trailor, Slipping his gloves on,he opens the back door,an slips in. All he hears while waiting is the wind whistling in the trees outside,an soft breathing of the 3 asleep. Cunning he flips the kitchen light on,because if he caught,he can talk his way out of it,cause they know him. So he creeps like a cat,to the bedroom door,all are sound asleep.Hes excited,hears his own heart pounding,as he eases Haliegh up,an out of the room,pulling the door closed behind him.Haliegh wiggles,an then goes back to sleep. If she opend her eyes she not scared,she knows him. This man looks around,bump the small light,hes gone.Slidding out the back door,into the woods.To where he parked the borrowed van,or truck hes driving,Thats parked around the loop,coming out the woods,heading to the block,that heads to the RR tracks.Haliegh wakes cold,startled,scard to be out in the dark.An he must keep her quiet,hes gone this far.No going back———— Around 3 in the morning.Misty wakes out of habit,from Rons work hrs..Man shes gota pee, foggy headed,rubbing her eyes,she heads to the smaller restroom.An stops in her tracks-strange she thinks,she remembers cutting the light off,what have the 2 children got into.An then she sees the back DOOR–an Starts to PANIC,runs to the bedroom,she flips light on. OMG no Haliegh !!!! WTH, she starts searching, RonJr stirs.Shes now looking out the back door,the front door,,in every room, fear rising with every min. She calls Tommy,hey have you been here tonight,stop playin pranks,where is Haliegh,have you seen Timmy.Tommys says slow down, Are you high!! About that time she hears Ronalds Truck pulling up,she meets him at the door,scared for Haliegh,scared of Ron, Halieghs his Baby.Ron say hey why the he!! did you not anwser my calls,it PMO, when you cut the phone off,i called Tommy to check on you,an Ron gets a CHILL . Ron thinks Whats up with Misty?? Shes blubbering ,an trying to explain what happend.Hes getting mad at her. It will sound so cruel, but remember, just another theory. I know when I was a teenager, I babysat for a lot of families. One family told me about a sitter they had that used to let her friends come over when she sat for them. The teenager let her friends smack the kids around, try booze and beer, and made one child eat a cigarette. Kind of the animal following the animal thing. This girl was related to the kids she was sitting, but just thought she was so cool. She made the children keep quiet, or made sure they’d suffer more the next time. Could some thing like this gone on in this home? Could Misty have allowed some of her party pals to do things that Ron would have not? Did the girl see something that got her killed? Did one of the losers in this story give the little girl something, to see how she would act?

A Red Rose: I doubt that Croslin brought a red rose to where Haleigh was left. After all there are none seen in any of the videos of the inside of the home. That means, the red rose was there all ready, or near by. Valentines Day and Red Plastic Roses means cemetery. People put them on graves of loved ones, spouses, etc at Valentines Day.
Croslin wigged out when she found out that Ron was meeting with Cobra (PI and bounty hunter) at Mema’s Restaurant. She demanded Ron leave. Mema’s is on 309. Shell Harbor is off of 309. Did she freak out because they were too close? There is a cemetery across the road, past the train tracks, about .8 mi from Mema’s, just off of 309. This is 3 miles from the home and in the opposite direction of where Ron would be coming from.
Reason for the opposite direction is, if he knew the vehicle, then they would not want to cross paths with him on the way home. She wouldn’t want to get caught. And if she wasn’t with him, and he knew the vehicle, then he would put two and two together.
Red plastic rose + Valentines Day = Cemetery. Closest one is just off of 309, a little more than a mile from Mema’s.
In the last decade, I have done my share of research on true crime. This case had me very interested since Day One.
I have NEVER, in my life – been more compelled to FALL OVER ON MY A**, LAUGHING HYSTERICALLY, when I read the comment posted by: “JACKY DIAMOND” 9/26/09….stating these EXACT words:
“How could the police not arrest just on the stories she has told”.
My tummy literally aches from laughing. As a police wife for 8+ years, I am amazed that some of the general public DOES NOT UNDERSTAND that you cannot make an arrest, get a warrant, prosecute, etc, without REAL EVIDENCE.
“Stories” are not good enough, lady. Good Lord….

I keep getting the thought that due to the amount of drugs in that home, I wonder Halieh might have gotten in to the pills and overdosed and Misty had her brother help hide the little girls body so as not to get charged in her death from child neglect.
