WFTV-Channel 9 reported today that Misty Croslin failed a lie dector test. Misty Croslin/Cummings was the last person to see missing Haleigh Cummings alive.
Misty Croslin says she was with Haleigh inside a mobile home in Satsuma when someone took the girl in the middle of the night back in February.
Ronald Cummings, Haleigh’s father, married Croslin almost immediately after Haleigh’s disappearance.
The couple asked Texas EquuSearch to return to Central Florida to help look for the girl and clear their names.
EquuSearch arranged for Croslin to take a lie detector test, which the group says she “failed miserably.”
Texas EquuSearch turned their findings over to Putnam County deputies who say they’re not surprised.
Croslin says she was pressured to take the test. But Texas EquuSearch founder Tim Miller denies that claim.
Deputies say they don’t have enough evidence to charge Croslin with any crime.

Goddamned right, this girl knows what happened. She has been covering up from the beginning. I think she was high on drugs and someone got in and took the kid or she gave the kid to someone. It is easy to tell she is a druggie. Look at her eyes. These are low-life trailer trash people and one of the low-life trailer trash that was partying with her was probably a child molester who saw an opportunity and took it. For the father to trust his children with a druggie and underage girl to boot is a crime in itself. He deserves the pain he is going through now.
I think haleighs step mom is behind all of this, her drug use would not put her in any position to watch anyones children and I’m afraid she old some one money and they took the little girl to get their money or even worse maybe she sold haleigh for her next high.
yeah I think anyone who lets their underage child get married is crazy. My daughter is 16 and I cant imagine her being married at 17.
Misty and Ronald are human garbage. Because Ronald Cumming’s white trash mother is a dispatcher, the “Billy Bob” Police department will not arrest these two criminals. Looking at the oth of them on television makes me want to reach through the television and choke those two. That poor kid is probably dead and the white trash couple will most likely go free. Then, those two will produce kids that did not ask to be brought into this world. I feel sorry for that little girl. Why aren’t those two in jail?
The Satsuma police department is obviously not doing their job. The Feds need to come in and question Misty Croslin. I have seen people like her and Ronald before around kids. Look at the family of Misty Croslin. They are all criminals that are into drugs. If there was a $100,000.00 or more reward posted then I am sure there would be at least one of Misty’s friends or family that would roll over on her for their next high. Look at the father too. He is a white trash criminal that has no business having children. Why aren’t these two idiots in jail?
Misty is such a liar. I know this girl, she used to be messed up on drugs all the time, she is just looking for someone to bring down with her. I know joe real well and he would never hurt a soul. He loves children. Misty is right where she belongs,… IN JAIL. She will burn in hell for hurting that little girl. She set this whole thing up. The girl is CRAZY! Trust me i know. It is clear to me that Misty is responsible for little haliegh’s death even if she was not the one to kill her. (she probably was) She new what had happened and she was the one who was responsible for haliegh’s well being……she was babysitting. I hope she goes to prison for the rest of her life, if she didn’t kill her then she knew who did and she kept it a secret for a year and a half she should be punished for that. Imagine how Ronald feels he married the woman who killed his baby.
