Below is Part 2 of the 911 call made in the disappearance of Haleigh Cummings.
Cummings:” Hello”
911:” OK sir let me just talk to your wife. Let me get some information from her. ”
Misty: (inaudible) crying. “I don’t wanna…(inaudible)”
911: “Can I talk to her? OK”
Misty: “inaudible”
Cummings: (inaudible, in background ) “Where my daughter at?”
911:” Ma’am. OK listen I need you to answer some questions. Does the door look like it was pried open?”
Misty:” Umm… (inaudible)”
911: “Does it look like you had to sorta…like someone tried to enter your house.”
Misty: “Umm. Hold On.”
911:” And another thing, make sure you and your husband don’t touch the door anymore. Don’t mess with the door or anything. ”
Misty: “No it doesn’t. ”
911: “it doesn’t look like it is?”
Misty: “No”
911: “Ok, now listen, tell your husband, do not touch anything- because we are going to get a k-9 out there”
Misty: “ok….she said don’t touch anything because they are bringing a k-9 out here”
Ronald Cummings: “they better bring f’ing something out here- because if I get my hands on that mother f’er I’m going to kill him…I don’t give a f%*)@# about prison…mother F’ing prison doesn’t scare me.”
911:” ok, we understand- we’ve got them on the way
What’s her name…{redacted}…how do you spell her first name…{redacted}…what’s her middle name? …{redacted}. And the spelling of the last name is? …{redacted}.”
Misty: “well, that’s my last name”
911: “What’s her date of birth?
Ronald Cummings: “i’m going to f’ing kill somebody”
911:”Tell him we understand- we need to get her date of birth.”
Misty: “what’s her date of birth?”
Ronald Cummings: “F her date of birth- we need to find her- f her date of birth.”
911: ” Ok Listen to me, I’m getting this information- I’m not the officer driving out there ok? – they are coming out there to handle that situation. I need to gather all the information from you over the phone…it has nothing to do with me driving out there…ok? They are coming out there…ok?”
Misty: “ok”
911: “ok, I’m going to stay on the phone with you ok? Until they get there…ok?”
Misty: “ok”
(backgroud noise)
911: “tell him we’ve got them coming, he’s got to calm down a little bit. The officers are going to come out there and do what they can. We can’t have him screaming and yelling at the officers whenever they get there ok?”
Misty:” Uh huh…”
Ronald Cummings: “where is my f’ing phone…we’ve got better people to talk to then some mother f’ers who ain’t coming.”

IS SHE STUPID OR WHAT,SHE HAD TO BE ON DRUGS AT THE TIME OF THAT CALL. RON HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT , BUT SHE KNOWS SOMTHING , SHE CAN’T SAY ANYTHING BECAUSE SHE HONESTLY DON’T REMEMBER BECAUSE OF THE DRUGS. SOMEONE NEEDS TO REALLY DRILL THAT GIRL AND FIND OUT WHAT SHE TOOK THAT NIGHT AND WHO WAS WITH HER IN THOSE 3 DAYS BEFORE HALEIGH CAME MISSING. WE PRAY FOR YOU HALEIGH, PLEASE LET HER COME HOME. DROP HER OFF AT A CHURCH OR SOMTHING PLEASE.
Seems to me the writer is on Crystal Sheffield’s side in this case. I find Crystal very suspicious. Her statements and actions from the start are highly suspect.
She lied to police in 2007. All this talk of abuse and her fiance with a restraining order for violence on children keeping him away from his own children. Ron saying in court documents he wanted the kids because Crystal had a cocaine issue. Crystal being with Chad doing the time of the custody hearing in 2005 saying she did not use cocaine and Chad having felony cocaine charge in 2006. All one has to do is read the court record to see that Crystal has lied or made false alligations before. Whether she believed them or not I do not know. So, why in the world are people believing her at this time? Maybe because the press wants a story and Ron is not slinging mud at Crystal in the press so they are only interested in her side. I think once some time goes by Ron should sue Kim Picazio for obvious slander on the playground incident she said was from abuse. It should have been easy for an intelligent person to discover that this was an accident. It was horrible what she did to make him look bad when his daughter is missing. why was Ron mad that Junior was on Geraldo? How idiotic to even ask the question.
For starters I am sure the police questioned Junior from the start. So, either they already new about the man in black and did not want it out for obvious reasons or he did not see a man in black and was confused when questioned by his mother. By putting him on Geraldo and telling the world he saw the kidnapper, if he did or if he did not, Crystal put him in danger. Ron has clearly been upset about that for sometime. If you can’t understand why this would upset any parent, you must have a real one sided way of looking at this situation. I have no idea about Misty. But, I do know that Crystal lost custody for a reason and her behavior and statements from the start make it really easy to she why she did.
